The plant has high percentage of yellow parts on the leaves and on the stem too. It needs lots of light, the yellow parts of the leaves can't be in the contact with the water - don't nebulize them. The yellow parts of the leaves are very sensitive, could get brown easily.
Some leaves could be partly cutted, because they were brown (what is normal for extra variegated parts).
