The plant has high percentage of white parts on the leaves and on the stem too. It needs lots of light, the white parts of the leaves can't be in the contact with the water - don't nebulize them. The white parts of ther leaves are very sensitive, could get brown easily.
Some leaves are partly cutted, because they were brown (what is normal for extra white parts).
